TERMS AND CONDITIONS INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS
To provide the policies, conditions and terms of the room reservation acquired in MIRADOR CERRO VERDE (Inversiones Jarapineda S.A.S), in compliance with internal guidelines and applicable legal provisions. The client must pay 100% of the value of the reservation at the time of booking through our digital channels.
Applies to the customer who has purchased an individual reservation of accommodation (rooms) in the hotels of the MIRADOR CERRO VERDE chain (Inversiones Jarapineda S.A.S).
3.1. Check In and Check Out Policy
Your reservation begins at 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) on the day of arrival and ends at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
3.2. Cancellation and Modification Policy
Cancellation refundable 50% of the rate two weeks in advance for Yarumo and Arrayanes cabins; and one month for Chalet Sietecueros and glamping Uvitos.
Modifications or rescheduling for Yarumo and Arrayanes cabins, with a minimum of fifteen days; and Chalet Sietecueros or glamping Uvitos with a minimum of one month in advance.
Modifications (rescheduling) are subject to the type of accommodation, day and rate of the week of the reservation made. If the customer wishes to change the day of the week, the value of the fare adjustment applies, which must be paid in full before the rescheduling is applied.
Accommodation bookings made with promotions or discount coupons are non-refundable and non-modifiable.
3.3. Policy on variation of tariffs
The website rates shown are valid for Monday through Friday. These may generate variations if they correspond to weekends, high season or holidays. In this case, the price will be adjusted at the time of booking.
High season: June vacations (June 28 to July 21, 2021), October break week (October 11 to 17, 2021) and December vacations (December 15, 2021 to January 11, 2022).
3.4. Underage Registration Policy
If you are traveling with your child(ren) under 18 years of age, you must present the identification document of the minor(s) (civil registry), which proves the existence of the relationship. If the minor(s) is/are not traveling with his/her/their parents, you must submit at the reception desk, in addition to the minor’s identification document (civil registry), the parents’ permission, which must be authenticated by a Notary Public and accompanied by a copy of the identification document of the person(s) who gave the authorization. Minors are not allowed to enter the hotel without this documentation. The foregoing in accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001, Statute for the Prevention of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents and its concordant norms.
3.5. Late Check Out Policy
a. Subject to availability, late check out until 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) with additional cost.
b. Late check out between 3:00 p.m. (3:00 p.m.) and 7:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m.) will be charged half the rate purchased during the guest’s stay.
c. Late check out after 7:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m.) will be charged at the full rate purchased during the guest’s stay.
3.6. Late Check In Policy
a. Late check in until 8:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m.) without charge.
b. Late check in between 8:00 p.m. (8:00 p.m.) and 10:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m.) will be charged $30,000.
d. Late check in after 10:00 p.m. (10:00 p.m.) will be charged $50,000.
3.7. Anti-Corruption and Anti-Fraud Policy
Not to allow dishonest conduct or practices that would undermine corporate integrity, such as, for example, offering or accepting gifts, invitations, or other types of incentives that may reward or influence to take or refrain from taking any commercial or legal action, or when intentionally hiding, altering, falsifying or omitting information for their own benefit or for the benefit of others, or the incursion in possible conflicts of interest that could put personal priorities before the collective ones; promoting a culture of ethics, transparency and rectitude in the development of activities.
3.8. Prevention of Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism Policy
To be aware and committed to the fight against Money Laundering and Financing of Terrorism – ML/FT, making every effort to prevent the company from being involved in illicit acts, not only for reasons of loyalty but also for reasons of ethics and legality, in compliance with a policy in accordance with legal standards. Therefore, the client declares under oath, which is understood to have been taken with the signing of the contract, that the resources that make up its assets do not come from money laundering, financing of terrorism, drug trafficking, illegal money collection and in general from any illicit activity; likewise, the client declares that the resources delivered or that will be delivered as consideration for the services offered by the hotel, come from lawful activity. For purposes of the foregoing, the customer expressly authorizes the hotel to consult the listings, information systems and databases where appropriate and if any report is found, the hotel will proceed to take the appropriate contractual and/or legal actions. The client undertakes to carry out all necessary activities or steps to ensure that its partners, administrators, contractors, clients, suppliers, employees, etc., and/or their resources are not related to or derived from illegal activities, particularly those mentioned above. Such conduct will result in the lawful termination of the accommodation contract by the hotel operator.
3.9. Sustainability Policy
In MIRADOR CERRO VERDE (Inversiones Jarapineda S.A.S), we are committed to the sustainable development of our environment, assuming the legal commitment in the environmental, socio-cultural and economic aspects, through the continuous improvement of our processes. Protecting the physical and moral integrity of children, adolescents and vulnerable population, applying security and control measures aimed at preserving their rights. We implement prevention, control and improvement measures to minimize the environmental, socio-cultural and economic impact of the operation; raising awareness among our guests, clients, suppliers and collaborators regarding their sustainable rights and duties.
3.10. Policy Anti-smoking Law
In accordance with the provisions of Law 1335 of 2009, our hotels have smoke-free spaces and environments. Consequently, the guest accepts as an obligation to refrain from smoking in spaces, areas and environments that are demarcated as smoke-free spaces, as well as in enclosed spaces, such as rooms, corridors, restaurants, lounges and others. In the event that the guest fails to comply with this obligation, he/she agrees to pay a penalty equivalent to $100,000 COP for failure to comply with his/her obligations.
3.11. Statement of Source and Destination of Funds
I declare that the economic and/or physical resources do not come from and will not be destined to illicit activities contemplated in the Colombian Criminal Code or in any norm that modifies or adds to it.

3.13. Withdrawal Policy
When you book our services through www.cerroverdemirador.com or the Reservation Center, you may exercise your right of withdrawal no later than five business days after the purchase confirmation. The retraction will not proceed for reservations whose date of payment is before five days. To withdraw, please send an email to email@example.com if you made your purchase through the website, or contact the WhatsApp of the Reservation Center if you made your purchase through this channel. The money will be reimbursed without deductions of any kind, by bank consignment in the name of the reservation holder or by reversal to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the method of payment used, within 30 calendar days following the exercise of the withdrawal.
3.14. Reversion Policy
When you book our services through www.cerroverdemirador.com or the Reservation Center and you have used a credit or debit card or any other electronic payment instrument as payment method and the payment method used is issued by a financial entity domiciled in Colombia, you may request a reversal in case of fraud, unsolicited transaction or purchased product not received.
3.15. Discounts, contests and promotions

No refunds or rescheduling will be applied to promotional lodging reservations.
