More than 16 years of experience in human talent management
We decided to start a business, created our business plan and strengthened our talent recruitment service.
We expand our portfolio of services with training and support in human management processes. We have also expanded our portfolio of clients, who have supported us and believed in us over the years.
We created the occupational risk business unit, focusing mainly on psychosocial risk, with large ARLs as allies.
We position ourselves as experts in the management of psychosocial risk factors, driven by the associated regulations and with differentiators that are highly valued by the market.
We started to reach other cities in the country with different services.
It was a year of transformation and new digital, commercial and management challenges.
We have ventured into public sector companies and participated in projects with companies from different sectors.
We have consolidated our position as a recognized company in the sector, with great maturity and experience.
