attention, in a conscious way, to the experience of the present moment with interest, curiosity, and acceptance.<\/p><p>In other words, through its practice, it becomes an anchor for living with mindfulness, love, and inspiration, allowing us to fully enjoy who we are, what we have, and what surrounds us right now.<\/p><p><span class=\"ILfuVd NA6bn\"><span class=\"hgKElc\">The goal is to remain free from judgment regarding our emotions, sensations, feelings, or thoughts, by listening to our inner selves at every moment.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p>In terms of its practice, we can identify five fundamental pillars that serve as a source of joy, health, and self-awareness, enabling us to discover and interpret what is happening within us and understand how it is reflected in the outside
